UK Fisherman can list your venue, club or tackle shop for FREE. We will list your business name, address and telephone number and for fisheries, which species your venue holds. [see example]

However, for only £25 per year you can have your own dedicated page listing as much information as you care to provide, including venue,club or shop details, photos and a link to your website if applicable. In addition, UK Fisherman will add ongoing updates or make changes to your details as supplied by you. [see example]

In addition your fishery, club or shop will be listed at the top of the relevant county page as a priority listing. [see example]

Banner advertising is an excellent promotional strategy when you are looking to increase awareness of your company and boost traffic and turnover through your web site.

Banners are an effective way of promoting your website on other sites and offer users a direct link to your page. By allowing users to access your web site through such an advert you go a long way to ensuring that visitors are targeted and interested in the services or opportunities that your business offers.

Advertising Packages:

Various affordable advertising packages are available at UK Fisherman depending on size of advert, where the advert is located on the page and how many pages you would like your advert placed.

Positioning and size of Advert:

Option 1:within the page header to the right hand size. Size = 468 pixels wide by 60 pixels deep

Package Type:

Various advertising packages are available at UKFisherman. You can either choose to advertise on individual pages or you can choose from set packages. All adverts are rotated on a random basis with all other advertisers in your chosen category.

Package 1: Your choice of advert on all Uk Fisherman Pages. There are currently over 200 pages and the number is growing daily.

Package 2 : Your choice of advert on all "top level premium pages". These pages include the home page, venues page, clubs page etc. If you like they are the "gateway" pages to other pages and are the most viewed pages at UK Fisherman.

Package 3: Your choice of advert on all "second level intermediate pages". These are pages such as the 8 regional venues pages, the 8 regional clubs pages, individual article pages etc.

Package 4: Your choice of advert on all "third level pages".These are all the individual venue pages, individual club pages, link category pages etc. At present there are "" of these pages.

Tailored Package: Your choice of advert on any of the pages you choose. For example, if you run a fishery in the South West you may choose to only advertise on pages relevant to the South West.

Uk Fisherman is constantly growing and as new pages are added, your advertising will be added to any new pages that fall within the package you have selected.

Advertising Pricing:

Prices very much depend on the type of advertising you choose although set package prices are as follows

Package 1: £30 per month

Package 2: £25 per month

Package 3: £20 per month

Package 4: £15 per month

Custom Package:

- Prices are based on a mimimum three month contract
- Sign up for 6 months and get 1 month FREE
- Sign up for 12 months and get 2 months FREE

Terms & Conditions:

- UK Fisherman reserves the right to temporarily suspend banner ads at any time.
- UK Fisherman can not be held responsible for the site being offline during routine maintenance tasks or communication failures.
- UK Fisherman makes every effort to keep the site live during maintenance and will only go off-line under extreme circumstances.
- UK Fisherman makes no guarantees as to the volume of traffic that banner advertising will drive to your website and no statistics will be provided regarding click volumes.
