no kids at all allowed ! no rules on night fishing except no one under 16. go somewhere else for your fishing !

huge carp 53 lbs carp caught there.
.! only a season ticket and its expensive if yu have all three lakes. however its not over fished basically its suppose to be a syndicate but there appears to be no upper limit of members. (basically its a yearly ticket fishery only) some silly rules and the owner has the habit of checking your gear . 
It could be a fantastic carp fishery but is spoilt by a over zealous owner who has the habit of driveing around his kingdom and annoying anglers. This is not the way to run a fishery in my view.
Sorry to say i think the owner needs to go back to public relations school... What a real shame !
on the bright side the fish are in a excellent condition there and its not as hard as you might think (particular the smaller lakes there) I gather he has some grand plan of building a cafe and tackle shop and is looking for planning permission for another lake. (god help us)
