A nice fishery tidy, peaceful surroundings a delight to fish and day ticket which means no body can sit in the same swim for days on end!.You do not get undesirables wandering around or kids making a nuisance of themselves or boats ploughing through your swim.The down side some fish with the usual barbless hook hole damage,and otter predation is becoming a problem.
