Not realy impressed with this place, was told i can use live bait bought from them for pike fishing , when i got there there they said NO live baits to be used !!! Paths and hedge rows clutted with rubbish ie , tins , beer cans and general rubbish left by so called fisherman < i know this is not the vendors fault but rubbish bins should be provided around the lakes in places to try and stop this , I caught one pike on the day and the condition of the fish was not very good with very cloudy eyes !!! £10 .00 for a day with 2 rods is a fair price , swims are a little close for my liking in the front lake but for match fishing is about right i guess but i am no match fisherman , the back lake for pike which i am after is a little small and i would not like to see what it would be like with 4 fisherman there at one end , you would be crossing lines !!!!
