We would like to have more info. We are looking to come for 3 days. Is it possible to pitch the tent by the lake.? Are there any showers.? Is portable barbeque's allowed?

  • Roy Gibbs  - Season Ticket

    Hi,
I live just down the road in Wing and could be interested in a season or perhaps a half season ticket.
Can you tell me, does the lake fish well through the winter months, preferably for the roach & bream?
I fish at Rislip Farm in Soulbury through the spring & summer, but the lake tends to go really quiet after the second week of October.

    Best regards,

    Roy :)

  • Ian Henson  - Three Islands - Stewkely Bucks

I myself fished this venue all summer and had stacks of good quality carp, commons and the odd Ghosty- superb fighting fish i have to say, But weekends there are Matches and it is a fight to
get a decent swim when they are on, people tend to think they are in holiday and stick a peice of there gear down on a peg then go back to there car and return 15 minutes later, i think that is a cheak personly and the owner should not allow it. Winter is ok but abit slower, Very pressured water aswell when there Match is up and running. I have also rang the farm and had a quick return call but have also been slightly miss informed as to how many pegs will be available when there is a match on. Altogehter tho i would rate it as a great fishery. Ian.
