Springfield Lake:

Over the last 19 years Springfield Lake has matured into a fine specimen lake. The carp have developed well with a few 20lb + and many fish in the late teens ... you can look forward to some excellent fishing in 2009. With over 150 good size carp to fish for, there should be a few smiles around. Last year saw many 20 pounders from Springfield, since then more have been banked.

Don't forget, if you catch a big one get it weighed and let Trevella Park know. Because of Springfield's specimen fish, additional codes have been introduced to ensure care for the fish so they can grow to future 30lb plus specimens.
- Minimum of 6lb Line, maximum 12lb
- Maximum 10 anglers
- No excessive baiting

Trevella Lake:

Trevella is the more mature of both lakes and with the lake record standing at 27lb 12oz is an ideal water for all anglers. Covering approx. 3 acres there are plenty of swims to choose from and the water depth ranges from a few inches to about 16 feet, with the deepest part being at the far side of the main island as you look from the entrance.

The lake has an abundance of Carp, Tench, Bream, Roach and Rudd. Varieties of Carp include, Mirror, common, linear and ghost, as well as a good head of Crucian Carp. With the new stock introduced last year, there should be some good sport for all anglers.
