What's on offer:
Situated in the picturesque county of Essex. The St Mary's complex is close to the village of Ingatestone. This complex is set in twenty five acres of private, peaceful, picturesque woodland.

Both waters are stream fed and offer some of the most immaculate fish in the county. The Day Ticket water holds an abundance of carp averaging 12-16lbs, with the largest resident being 27lbs. Also there are sturgeon to 24 lbs and catfish to 38lbs. The Syndicate water boasts Carp to 37lbs and a large head of over x40 different 20’s. Also there are catfish to 27lbs.

St Mary's Syndicate:
Three acre water with six different 30lb carp to 37lbs. Over 40 different 20's. Four different catfish to 27lbs. Approx twenty 19lb – 20lb carp.

Ten barked swims have been prepared, including one double. Pre-booking diary facility. All carp captured under 19lbs are to be transferred to the Day Ticket water.

To arrange a viewing of this water please contact Ian on 07932 733008. Church View Fisheries currently have syndicate membership tickets available, call Ian for details.

St Mary's Day Ticket :
Two acre water. Approx 300 Carp topping 27lbs, with seven spacious swims. Seven sturgeon to 24lbs. Four catfish to 38lbs.

Night fishing anglers must leave the water by 7am unless the following day has been pre-booked. Swims must be pre-booked in advance to avoid overcrowding and disappointment. Bait boats are allowed.

All carp captured from the syndicate water under 19lbs will be transferred to the Day Ticket water.

Improvements:
1. A road is being laid from the main car park to the Day Ticket entrance gate, enabling you to drop your equipment off.
2. To stop overcrowding there has been 2 swims removed and replaced with a new one allowing only 5 anglers at a time, which will improve the amount of space each angler has and a quieter environment.
3. All 7 swims will be numbered and a map of the lake uploaded to this site so you can reserve a particular swim you require.
