The Bolton Co-Operative Angling Club has received £10,000 in compensation from a farmer who polluted their coarse fishery in 2010 thanks to the efforts of Fish Legal's expert lawyers. The Angling Trust Cadet, Junior and Intermediate National Championships took place on Saturday 30th June 2012 at Garbolino Lindholme Lakes Fishery, Epworth, Doncaster. With the unsettled weather still affecting sport the outcome of the Fish ‘O’ Mania qualifier at Peatling Lakes, Leicester on Wednesday 2nd May 2012 was always going to be uncertain. Many of the competitors fancied the larger lakes looking to catch big carp shallow, or in the margins.
