The Angling Trust, angling's representative body, has launched a Seven Point Plan to tackle poaching and fish theft in English waters. The Angling Trust has offered its support to the Victoria Park Anglers Alliance (VPAA) which is fighting a decision by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets to remove fish from two lakes in Victoria Park which are a vital resource for coaching young anglers.
